HangFan offers a service to allow people to sell HangHang or items relating to the Hang publically or anonymously.
A few questions may arise as a result of HangFan offering this service:
Why is HangFan doing this?
We've decided to start offering paid-for ad space because it has been asked for by users of the website. The anonymity aspect applies to some advertisers not all.
Hang sellers have their own reasons to remain anonymous at the advertising level, perhaps to reduce or control the deluge of communications a Hang sale often create.
HangFan has set-ups an e-mail account for the advertisier to receive e-mails and forwards them on accordingly.
HangFan generates good levels of unique users every day, and these users tend to be interested in the Hang and don't just randomly land on the site. Years of love and hard work have put HangFan in this position and created a unique community resource. Therefore, it's great for advertisers as it provides a targeted audience.
Why is HangFan charging for this?
Hangfan has never charged anybody for anything on its site. It hasn't cashed in on the Hang-wave by producing cheesy t-shirts or beer coasters to sell. HangFan has been run purely by personal finance and it would take a lot ads to break even. It is one way of recouping some of the costs of running the site.
How much does it cost?
Not a lot and not a little - it depends enitrely on what you need advertising, where and for how long. A large ad on the homepage could possibly cost $100 (£70) for 3 months.

If someone is selling a Hang, does that conflict with PanArt's contract?
It is entirely the business of PanArt and the signatory of such a contract to adhere to the conditions of that contract.
HangFan has no interest in and has no liability or responsibility for whether an advertiser is breaking their contract with PanArt by advertising the Hang for sale on HangFan.
Most HangHang were sold before the introduction of the new resale contract, so it is more likely that any advertiser selling a Hang will be able to do so freely.
All advertisments must adhere to UK law - not be defamatory, contain illegal items etc. etc.
HangFan's decision is always final with respect to advertising any product. If you don't like it, tough.
