Just talked to the author in Germany...he had no idea that they were my samples but he was a nice guy and we talked and will probably come to an agreement for future sales.
He's also a flash developer so maybe we can work together in other ways....
Whatever happens, it was a nice end to a surprising discovery...

He's sold about 1600 units on iTunes so not a bad earner I spose.

Well, Felix sent him a copy of the patent because of infringement i.e. using the word Hang.
They've decided to bring out a second version with a trademark symbol by the word 'Hang' - with Felix's agreement.
He nearly fell off his stool when I told him the samples were copyrighted too.
He wanted to avoid photographic copyright too, so he had the Hang rendered in 3D to avoid using someone else's picture of a Hang!
